We understand that it may not always be the right fit! Two weeks written notice (2 lessons) is required to withdraw from lessons. The student may continue to take their lessons up until the final lesson date. Tuition for those 2 weeks will not be refunded.

Lesson payments go towards the time your teacher is present and it is dictated by your scheduled lesson time. Ex. 6:00pm-7:00pm If a student arrives late to a lesson while the teacher is waiting, the missed time is forfeited and lessons will end at the usual time to ensure the next student is able to receive their lessons on time. If there is no prior notice within the day, the lesson is forfeited and non-refundable if a student is more than 15 minutes late and teachers will leave the location. If a teacher arrives to a lessons late, they are expected to teach for the full amount of time or they will be expected to makeup the time at an upcoming lesson. Ex. 6:05pm-7:05pm

Lessons missed by the teacher will be rescheduled within the month. Lessons missed by the student for any reason will be forfeited. It is at the teacher’s discretion whether a make-up lesson can be provided. For consideration of makeup lessons, students must give a minimum of 48 hours notice.
